Accessibility Statement
Last updated: March 31, 2026
OPTICOMM AI S.R.L. ("OptiComm") is committed to ensuring that our website opticomm.ai and Services are accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the user experience for everyone and to apply the relevant accessibility standards.
1. Conformance standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and to the European standard EN 301 549, consistent with the objectives of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) as transposed into Romanian law.
Current conformance status: Partially conformant, meaning some parts of the content may not yet fully conform to the standard.
2. Measures we take
To support accessibility, we:
- include accessibility in our design and development practices and design system;
- aim for sufficient colour contrast, resizable text, and keyboard operability;
- provide text alternatives for non-text content where feasible;
- structure content with semantic headings and landmarks;
- test with assistive technologies and automated and manual checks; and
- include accessibility considerations in our quality management practices (ISO 9001).
3. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. Known issues may include third-party embedded content (such as videos or analytics widgets) and older documents that are not yet fully accessible. We are working to address these.
4. Compatibility
The website is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies (screen readers, magnification, and speech recognition). It may not work optimally with outdated browsers.
