This Cookie Policy explains how OPTICOMM AI S.R.L. ("OptiComm", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on opticomm.ai and our Services. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
We use cookies in accordance with Directive 2002/58/EC (the "ePrivacy Directive") as transposed into Romanian law (notably Law no. 506/2004) and the GDPR. 1. What are cookies?

We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If we add them (for example, an advertising pixel), we will update this table and request your consent before they are set.
5. Third-party cookies
Some technologies are provided by third parties that process data on our behalf, currently Google for analytics. Google processes this data in accordance with its own privacy notice. Where this involves transfers outside the EEA, we apply the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.
