Customer reactivation

Your customers did not leave. They just stopped ordering.

The accounts that went quiet are still worth money this quarter. We call every one of them until they order again, or tell you exactly why they will not.

  • Found in your own order history
  • Called in their language
  • Reason and reorder written to your CRM

The simulation needs nothing but your website address. No signup, no data upload.

A real reactivation call

Order recovered

This account ordered every three weeks for two years, then went silent for eleven. Listen to the whole conversation that brought it back.

0:00 / 1:25 · full call, no email

The silent loss

Revenue leaves without anybody deciding

Went fully silent

Ordered like clockwork, then nothing for months.

Ordering slower

Every three weeks quietly became every seven.

Smaller basket

Same frequency, less money. Someone covers the rest.

Dropped a line

Still a customer, minus the category with your margin.

How we find them

Your order history, not an industry average

1

Learn each account's rhythm

Weekly for a merchant, quarterly for a clinic. Both normal, so both get their own clock.

2

Catch the break

Silence measured against that account's own cadence, including a shrinking basket.

3

Price the next 90 days

What they would have ordered, at their own average order value. That ranks the call list.

No data yet? Run the simulation on your website and see the method first.

What you just heard, beat by beat

Most reactivation tools send an email. We place the call.

1

Open with recognition, not a pitch

Good morning, this is Ana from Vertex. You used to take the 20 litre drums every three weeks or so, and I noticed we have not shipped any since March.

2

Ask one open question, then stop talking

I did not want to guess why. What changed on your side?

3

Answer the reason they actually gave

That is fair, the March delivery was three days late. I have logged it, and I can have your rep confirm a fixed slot before you commit to anything.

4

Close on the smallest next step

Shall I put the usual two drums in for next Tuesday, or would you rather I have Mihai call you first?

The four reasons, and what the agent does

Price, they found cheaper

Do not discount on the call. Confirm the competing figure, check what it excludes, and route to the rep with the number attached.

A competitor got in

Find out which line they took and whether it is all of it or part. Offer to hold the remaining line rather than fight for everything.

A bad delivery, a wrong invoice

Acknowledge, log it as a service failure, and make the fix the offer. No reorder is proposed until they hear the problem was recorded.

The contact person changed

The most common reason and the easiest win. Get the new name, re-introduce, and reissue the standing order.

Objection routes, offers and escalation rules are set with you before the first call goes out. The agent never invents a discount.

What you get after the call

The call is the start. This is the value.

Every call ends as a decision

An order, a booked callback, a coded reason or a clean do-not-contact, on the account record.

Nothing to re-key, nothing lost in a spreadsheet.

You finally know why you lose customers

After a hundred calls the pattern is obvious: price, service, or the contact person left.

One quarter of calls is cheaper than a year of guessing.

Reps only get the accounts worth a human

With the transcript and the reason attached, so the first sentence is the right one.

Selling time goes to live opportunities, not dialling.

Not now becomes a date

The agent schedules the next attempt itself and keeps the thread alive.

No account is dropped because nobody remembered.

Where it works

Different businesses, the same silence

Distributors and wholesalers

Gone quiet means an account that ordered on a rhythm and broke it, or one that dropped the category carrying your margin.

Dealerships and service businesses

Gone quiet means a car that has missed two services, or an owner past the point where most people change vehicle.

Banks, insurance and subscriptions

Gone quiet means a policy nobody touched before renewal, or an account whose balance and usage have been falling for two quarters.

Anyone with a customer list

If you can export who bought what and when, we can tell you which of them stopped and what it is worth to get them back.

Questions

The things people ask first

What do we hear in the open recording?

A real reactivation call, start to finish, with the transcript: an account that ordered every three weeks went silent for eleven, the agent opens by naming the actual product and the actual gap, asks why, and closes on a reorder. No email needed to listen.

Do you need our customer data to start?

No. The simulation only reads your public website and builds a customer book that fits your business, so you can see the method before sharing anything. When you go live we need an order history export: account, date, product, value.

Which channels do the agents use?

Voice is the core, because a dormant account rarely replies to an email. WhatsApp, SMS and email are used around the call, for confirmations, follow-ups and the accounts that ask to be contacted in writing.

What languages do you support?

The agent speaks the customer's language, including Romanian and English, with a local number as the caller ID so the call is answered.

How fast can we run the first campaign?

Days, not months. Detection runs as soon as we have the order export, and the call script is agreed with you before any number is dialled.

Is this compliant?

Calls are made to your existing customers on your own legal basis, the agent identifies itself as an AI assistant at the start, and opt-outs are honoured immediately and written back. Recordings, retention and consent handling are configured to your policy.

What if an account really is lost?

Then you learn why, which is worth having. A coded reason across a few hundred calls tells you whether the problem is price, service or staff turnover, and that changes what you do next quarter.
